HAPKIDO SEMINAR

Sunday, February 26th: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Open to all students and non-students ages 9+.

Hapkido is a hybrid Korean martial art. It is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, grappling, throwing techniques, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. This seminar promises to be an interactive and engaging experience with drills, kicks, boxing, throws, ground work, self-defense, fun games, and ending with philosophy and meditation to increase concentration.

This seminar will be lead by Hapkido black belt, Master Austin Swebilius. Some of you may remember Master Austin from when he was a student in our adult classes and an assistant instructor for our youth classes.

Pre-registration is required. Space is limited, so register today!
