Moms on the Mat
Tiny Ninjas Class: May 13th
TKD Class: May 14th
Moms and/or Grandmas, join your student(s) on the mats for the Tiny Ninjas class on Monday, and the TKD class on Tuesday in honor of Mother’s Day.
Your student will be your personal instructor for the day and will guide you through learning Basic Form 1, 1-Step #1, and a few kicking techniques.

Ben Bishop Wins PA State Championship
Celebrating Success: Let’s give a round of applause to Ben Bishop for his stellar victory at the Pennsylvania State Championship last week! Ben showcased his skill in Sparring, securing a well-deserved gold medal for his performance.
Upcoming Challenges: Ben’s not done yet! Over the next few weeks, Ben will be gearing up and preparing for another thrilling competition. Next stop: Lansing, MI. Ben will be competing in Breaking and Sparring at the 2024 U.S. Regional Taekwondo Qualifier – East. The stakes are high as he vies for a chance to advance to the Nationals in Fort Worth, TX, scheduled for July 4-7. Stay tuned to witness Ben’s quest for excellence unfold!
We Will Be Closed for Memorial Day
We will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day. No Tiny Ninjas or Cardio Kickboxing Classes.
Cardio Kickboxing will resume as normal on Wednesday, May 29th at 6:00 PM.
Tiny Ninjas will be off for the summer. Classes will resume on August 5th at 5:15 PM.
Valley Arts4All

Students that signed up for this event, please arrive at our booth around 9:30 AM on Saturday.
Once we are all together, we will begin our demonstration. Thank you to everyone that signed up to be part of our performance this year.
We’re looking forward to having a great time and making plenty of firewood!
Tuition Reminder
Please remember monthly tuition is due by the first class of the month. Tuition received after the 10th calendar day is subject to a $25 late fee.
Other Classes
Black Belt Class
No Black Belt Class This Month
These classes are once a month and open to all black belt and provisional black belt students at no additional charge. Our next Black Belt Class will resume in January. This class focuses on advanced techniques, black belt forms, instructor training, and black belt philosophy.
Weapons Class
Monday, May 13th @7:15PM
This class is once a month and open to all students, blue belt and up, at no additional charge.
If you have your own weapon(s), you are welcome to bring them to this class to practice with. We have nunchucks, Arnis sticks, and bo staffs available for anyone that doesn’t have their own weapon.
Testing
Friday, May 31st
This month’s testing will be on Friday, May 31st. Testing will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Doors will open at 5:00 PM. Please arrive early enough to stretch, warm-up, and run through your forms and 1-steps a few times. Stretching and warming-up are not part of the test.
All Students will be notified at least one week in advance via email and will register via their Kicksite account. Test fees are due by the Thursday before the test. Payments must be made prior to the test night.
White TTKD uniform and belt are required
NO T-SHIRTS! NO COLORED PANTS!
*Anyone arriving after 5:30 PM, will not be permitted to test and must wait until the next test date.

TTKD Paintball
Join us for an afternoon of fun and excitement at R&M Paintball in Owego, NY on Saturday, June 1st at 4 PM. Open to all students and nonstudents (including parents) ages 10+. Check out our special events page for more details and to register.
